I think it's sad that the majority of assassins creed fans don't even know who this guy is. Because if they new and played from the beginning, they would never buy another shit ubisoft game again. Unfortunately they keep leading the fans on saying this one was better then the last and it's not true. Assassins creed needs to die out and the fans will learn. I can't wait for ancestors!

Don't be bother with this even if you put a poster of the father of assassin's creed in their room, they won't care. All they care is go back and explore different historical moment for them that is Assassin's Creed. If anyone knows his name they would find out eventually.

Awesome! Patrice is so inspiring! And his idea for Ancestors is absolutely brilliant! I wonder if it will still he the same game we have on our systems that gets an 'update' that adds more of the story and develops the world. Well I guess it will be like one game called the humankind odyssey which will have all updates for the story based on that setting and so on! It sounds really good and from a business standpoint it is genius! This will allow Patrice to be able to have the funds to make the games in his dreams come true!

It's nice to see despite the tensions with him and Ubisoft that he's so enthusiastic to make people love his craft. I understand him not being able to choose between Altair and Ezio, though personally I prefer Ezio - Altair is an actual embodiment of the creed as you said Loomer and that is something that he will always have over the subsequent Assassins.

***** Well in what way did you think they were anywhere near to games such as AC1, 2, Brotherhood. Then I'll tell you my point.
@Jaanikins
8 жыл бұрын
***** Ok here's my take on it. I think this game franchise is more story based than game play based. I hate the storyline, characters and the fact that it includes cringe worthy jokes along with easter eggs from previous games. The games are supposed to not just be assassins roaming simulated historical settings, killing people, but unlocking conspiracies from the past and how this ancient technology shaped our past into what it is today. The fact that there is a strong moral conflict between the philosophies of Assassins and Templars. Back then I felt that the story telling of this fictional universe was so detailed and interesting to play with instead of just going around killing people which is what most people seem to wnat these days instead of actually allowing it to sprout into what it was supposed to be. That was my biggest complaint about Patrice being fired from Ubisoft, and why I look forward to Ancestors the humankind odessy, because he's such a great storyteller. The story now is complete bull, you are just given petty excuses to go into the past and play with these new characters in these new environments but with a shit story to go along with it. We went into the animus in the first place to find pieces of eden not fuss about with these boring characters we get now. Even Shaun and rebecca has changed from their cool selves to their cringe worthy selves. I don't have that much of a problem with the game play. I do like the gadgets in Syndicate, but the new levelling system in how you rank you'r way to the top I thought was unnecessary as I felt that getting better weapons was to enhance your gaming experience not forcing you to have to achieve these skill points. But anyway that's my take on it, I think the franchise should have just stuck with Petrice's plan and not fucked everything else up along with it. Why do you think syndicate is better than brotherhood? how does that compare?
@Jaanikins
8 жыл бұрын
***** Yes you're right the story aspect of this series is what makes it so great. But we like to see it unfold differently, what you have just explained to me I don't think is very entertaining and what made Assassins Creed how it was in the first place. But that's just my opinion, I hate the new games and I hope they improve in the future.
