Ingredients:
酥皮:
软化的无盐黄油 55g

白砂糖 3g
盐 1g
低筋面粉 60g
鸡蛋液 110g左右(2个)
伯爵茶卡仕达奶油馅:
蛋黄 2个
牛奶 180g
糖 35g
低筋面粉 16g
伯爵茶包1袋
淡奶油 175g
糖 15g
烘烤温度和时间:
在预热烤箱190℃(374℉)烘烤20分钟
膨胀完毕后降至165℃(329℉)加热风继续烘烤20分钟

Choux Pastry
Milk 60ml

Salt 1g

Egg liquid 110g + or - (2 eggs)
Earl Grey custard cream filling
2 egg yolks
Milk 180g
Sugar 35g
Low-gluten flour 16g
1 bag of Earl Grey tea
Whipping cream 175g
Sugar 15g
Baking time & temperature:
Bake in a preheated oven at 190℃ (374℉)for 20 minutes
After expansion, turn down to 165℃ (329℉) continue baking
for 20 minutes with fan force
