8:08 Am I misunderstanding what you said here? Dragoon would survive your own Eternal Soul blowing up your board. It sounds like you’re saying Dragoon is gone if Eternal Soul blows up the board but that’s not true.

Really??? Had a judge at locals side with an opponent who destroyed my eternal soul and said it destroyed dragoon…. I just took him at his word and didn’t wanna argue..

@@DarkMagicianTactics I had a feeling you were gonna say a judge said that. No it doesn’t work that way. Dragoon literally says in its first line of text “cannot be destroyed by card effects”. Unless something like Skill Drain or Forbidden Droplets is negating your Dragoons effects, Eternal Soul cannot destroy your Dragoon. I’m gonna hope that they had something else that caused your Dragoon to be destroyed by ES because if that’s not the case then whoever that judge is should step down. That is such a weird ruling mistake to make.

@@ChristianHernandez-up7dx the reason I didn’t argue is cause he actually sided with me on a controversial ruling, he allowed magicians rod to search eye of timaeus. And everyone was pissed. So I didn’t wanna argue anymore lol.

@@DarkMagicianTactics Yeah Rod can’t search Eye of Timaeus either. I can forgive that mistake even though it’s not really controversial since it’s been an established ruling since 2016. (And an annoying topic to hear about almost a decade later) it’s a common mistake so I get that one. But that Dragoon ruling? No that’s just wild. I’d like to see the thought process behind that decision.
