I like the info graphics. Clear useful advice. Hopefully science advances to provide an insight into why people who do minimise risks still get dementia - like my Mum x

How can one filter out stress-related versus all the messy gumbo of factors mentioned up to here. 1:20. episodic memory loss. 6:31 if less physically active, people can experience imbalance. 7:43 if a person hadnt been sleeping well because gun shots in the area, not hearing these environmental factors asked by doctors or considered. or how many childhood or scars from carpentry work are assumed as signs of self-injury? i would like to know why the whole of a person's existence is not asked in assessment. Don't assume: ASK. Otherwise, very much assumed rather far away from scientific diagnosis.

Interesting video and very informative. I have a question that you didn't cover: what is the affect of concussion on the development of dementia? Are the preventative measures you outline helpful when you'vTwo others were quite severe with dizziness, nausea and headaches. Am I doomed to get dementia?

Hello, thank you for the video, just a quick question, I thought the Government guidelines for alcohol intake was 14 units for both men and women, not 14 for women and 21 for men?

I have to disagree with blanket diet recommendations. I'm allergic to fish. And legumes and nuts trigger monster migraines. I can't see how these foods would help my brain!

Mediterranean diet is not good. Tons of pasta which is refined carbohydrates. How can it be beneficial to health?
