The sad thing is that most of, or nearly, everything Eartha said is STILL applicable today. From over 50 years ago to the 90s to the 20s. We had a president make moves to heal (for lack of a better word, given the current global health crisis) from within the country, and was fought every step of the way. Anyone who voiced an opinion, as an American, was ostracized or shunned. It’s really a sad state of affairs given the principles the country is meant to be built on. I will ALWAYS have love for you, Ms. Eartha Kitt🖤

Here I am in 2022 hearing her words for the first time, loud and clear..."what goes around, comes around!" wowowowOWOW!!! Well said Ms. Kitt! Coincidentally, I have this wonderful list of 12 things to always remember on my office wall. #12 is this EXACT thing, however what I also added is that "karma does not discriminate," whether it be individuals, organizations or entire countries, etc., karma will have her due so here we are! Pure prophetic poetic justice; for you can and have lied to the peoples, right to our faces for eons, however you can NEVER lie to Mother Earth/Divine Universe! It is now time to pay the piper and pay you will with your very existence, hence why you futilely clamor to regain footing but too late for that...you and yours shall be no more...like Sodom and Gomorrah! #10Dconcsiounsness

I just listened to audio discovered a couple years ago and put on KZitem regarding Eartha Kitt speaking to President Johnson. Unfortunately it was not as passionate as the things she said she got in trouble for saying during the ladies' luncheon. Regarding delinquency she asks, "What do we do about parents... who have to go to work.. who can't spend the time with their children? What do we do with the children then when their parents are off at work?" This sounds a lot like criticism of Clinton's Welfare-to-work plan.
