Dough:
✔Milk (warm) - 200 ml.
✔Sour cream (I have 20%) - 180g.
✔ Yeast - 8 g dry or 20 g fresh.
✔Sugar - 140 g or to taste.
✔Odorless vegetable oil - 30 ml.
✔Vanilla sugar/vanilla - to taste.
✔Salt - 1/3 tsp.
✔Eggs - 2 pcs.
✔All-purpose wheat flour - 600 g (+/- 50 g).
✔Raisins-150 g
✔For greasing - 1 egg.
✔For sprinkling - 2 tbsp. l. sesame seeds (optional).
✔More love and good mood (required).
I got 12 buns. You can make the buns larger or smaller, then their quantity will change.
🕒 Bake at 180°C for an average of 25 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.
❗Notes ❗
✅Depending on the thickness of the sour cream, the size of the eggs, the quality of the flour, it may take a little more or a little less. Add flour gradually, kneading into a very soft dough. At first it may stick a lot to your hands. Don't fill it with flour. Just drop a little vegetable oil on the dough and grease your hands with oil, the dough will stop sticking and gradually become elastic.
✅The amount of sugar can be changed to your taste.
✅In addition to raisins, you can add other dried fruits to the dough.
