I just wanted to Thank You. I'm 45 and had an accident which left me disabled. I get to actually live through you, with these videos. I'm sure it's hard to imagine, but your videos allow me to put my cane down, and LIVE. Thanx again.

Your great I have been spearfishing Miami waters my whole life I am now 45 and boatless so you have reminded me about the reefs off the beach like the blue and green diamonds and others I just fished south most of the time cause I had a boat patches off Elliot and of course Keys thanx man your an inspiration the all spear fishermen and please don’t forget that Miami or should I say Dade County has basically eliminated all fishermen rights with a county ordinance that says we can’t fish almost anywhere from land so please next time we vote we need to change this so our children can enjoy Americas favorite past time. Plus it’s a good way to keep your kids off the phones. Thanx thanx thanx

joli !!! nice catches !!!! on the french mediterranean coast grouper has been protected for over 15 years now which was a good idea because their population has grown up you can see lots of juveniles now but it is still under protection so the dentex along with the sea bass ( who are starting to get rare due to the increasing presence of another predator two species of the family of sphyraenides the barracuda that you have probably seen in the part of the ocean your hunting in ) and crowned sea breams have become the primary targets nice video keep posting more :)

very nice video! that was indeed a difficult one. quite a descent depth, current, the fish just coming in after a longer search.. watching this kind of let me feel the agony you might have gone trough.. you were close to the end of your breath the way you were speeding back to surface right? I was glad that grouper (was it a black grouper?) didn't find his way back in to the reef. Couldn't tell anymore at one point if you were still holding the line tight or if you let go to get back to surface easier without the fighting fish weight. nice...going to check you other videos right away. thanks for sharing

Thank you for comment. It was realy difficult for me because we have current here and need to catch and pull up the fish during same dive. Also we can not leave the fish on the buttom because bull shark or goliath grouper all the time try to grab it.

Good Vid. I don't see your safety diver in your vids. hope your using one. I'd add a swivel from your reel line to your shooting line. If it's there I apologize for not seeing it. Your first shot at him was at the 3 min. mark he was staring at you.,a characteristic of Blacks. Going low is usually a technique that doesn't work good on groupers. Dive bombing them works better. Happy hunting, dive safe!

Amazing video but one suggestion, take your snorkel out of your mouth before diving. If you have a black out there is a higher chance of the water shooting down the snorkel into your lungs. Just a safety tip.
