Easiest takedown for beginners to learn in mixed martial arts is the double leg against the wall:
1) Drive your shoulder into his stomach.
2) You should be pushing into him so hard you have very little weight on your legs (weight mostly leaning on him).
3) Pull your elbow back when grabbing his leg to maintain pressure (everyone forgets this).
4) Grip your hands together under his bum using an s-grip (fingers only grip).
5) Use only your arms to pull his legs out from under him (do not walk back).
