Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Topping
Ingredients
2 Cups Cake Wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 Cup Sugar
10g Yeast
1 Cup warm Milk
1/3 Butter
1 Egg (Room Temperature)
For filling
1Cup Sugar
1/2 Melted Butter
3tbs Cinnamon
For Topping
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
3 Tbsp Icing Sugar
For the Sauce
5 Tbsp Cream (warm)
1 Tbsp Melted butter
Instructions
1. preheat Oven
2. Sift Flour in a large bowl
3. Add All dry ingredients together
4. Add 1 egg & mix together until forms lumps like dough
5. Add butter into the warm milk & gradually pour into the dry ingredients mixture, gentle kneading together
6. Grease another bowl and transfers the dough mixture into it covering with cling wrap for 1 Hour
7. Line dough with rolling pin , adding cinnamon, melted butter and sugar on top, cut into straight lines using pizza cutter rolling the dough to form a round like & place in a greased baking pan
8. Cover dough for another 15-20 minutes after cutting
9. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 160 degrees
10. While warm spread cream cheese topping & enjoy
