Sugar ka use bhi body k hisaab se hota hai bro,main daily 10,15 toffee kha jata hu,or chai or doodh mey bhi khoob chini use krta hu or es doraan weight bhi lose kiya waist 2 inches, reason hai metabolism,slow metabolism hai to jyada protein bhi fat mey convert ho jayega,or agar metabolism fast hai to fat or sugar ko bhi use kregi body proper.

Diet Plan Every one follow 7:30 - Green tea with apple or any fruit apart from banana. 9:00- Breakfast choose one option 1.Peanut butter sandwich. 2.Fruit and vegetable smoothie. 3.Oats with milk or oats chilla. 4.Vegetable Uttapam. 5. Conflex. 12:00 - nuts like almonds, roasted peanuts, walnut, roasted chickpeas, pistachio with choice of one fruit apart from banana. 2:30- Lunch Salad, daal, sabji with 2 rotis or 1 roti and small portion of rice. 5:00- 1 scoop of protein shake. 7:30- Dinner Stir fry salad, daal, sabji, with 1 roti. 9:30 - if feel hungry have a glass of milk. Please prepare all the meals with less oil.... Avoid having ketchup, mayones or any kind of high calorie sauces.....

Calories intake.is the most important part, i lost 16 kg in 3 months 7 dayz and i am still going need more 12 kg to achv my target, i did just by walking everyday 1 hour or 1.5 hour with more focusing on eating habit

Mera screen time 8-9 hrs daily hai.. but fact is that mai architect hu aur mera 9 me se 7 ghante design software use karte hue ear phone laga kr gaane, podcast sun kar hi Nikal jate hai.. baki 1-2 ghante phone pr baki social media ya mails, WhatsApp pr Kuch official work etc. Etc. Mein Nikal jaate hai.. to kya is tarah se use krna sahi hai ??
