Thank you so much!! Peeling peppers your way is so much easier than than trying to use a paring knife!!! My husband has diverticulitis... the skins do not digest... you just made it so much easier for us to make the vegetables he likes healthier for him!!!!!

5 out of 5 stars for this simple technique. Especially useful if you want to stuff an Anaheim pepper and then cook it. Roasting peppers to peel them makes you cook the (stuffed) pepper twice - too mushy. Thanks.

How clever! didn't think to use the peeler that way. Also,l normally stay away from the green peppers because of their bitterness. I will try this for sure now!

Being Italian, I ate peppers all my life, but my son, gets cramps, everytime he eats peppers, I bet it's the skin, most of the gas is in the skin. I'm gonna try peeling them, and see if it helps. He can eat onions, but peppers, no. I love cooking with peppers, and love my vegs., so I'm gonna try everything I can. They are so good for us, nothing like red peppers, with crispy bread. Thanks.

It's not all done, you just peeled like a third of a quarter of it.. so how long would it take to peel the whole of the pepper isn't clear. 3 minutes? let's see it done proof beginning to end of how long it takes you to peel a pepper

i peeled my pepper like a potato tonight and it was fine no more troublesome then peeling a carrot ... don't know why everyone makes it sound so hard.
