A good tip is to cover the area you're going to hit with an old moving blanket. This way it prevents dust and sharp pieces flying around and keeps the mess more contained.

I've done it 2 ways, 1 few times I did it alone, carried them out by myself, didn't ruin anything in the house, except MY BACK! LOL about 400lbs those things seem to weigh lol 2nd few times I cut them into 3 sections as again I was working alone but it was about a 2 hour job each time. I have broken them up before AFTER another crew got them out, owner wanted it broken up, I just remember the shards of basically glass it seemed like that I didn't care about. But you're saying 15 minutes, so I'm going to definitely give this a try this time. Thank You!

Some are too strong and will not break. I had to cut mine in half :(
