Learn how to make this herbal recipe and find the printable PDF here: mrh.life/JilingLiniment
We all experience occasional aches and pains, so we were very excited when our dear friend, Jiling Lin, agreed to come for a visit to show us how to make one of her go-to liniments. This recipe is called Die Da Jiu (跌打酒) in classical East Asian medicine and is used to comfort muscle and joint discomfort.
Try your hand at making this liniment to help soothe the inevitable slings and arrows of an active lifestyle. Once you have the recipe down, you'll always want to have it stocked in your herbal "first aid kit".
Jiling Lin is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac), herbalist, and yoga teacher in Ventura, CA.
