In today's episode, I cook Prawn curry ( Kolambi Amba) with Sangeeta Pariera, a home chef belonging to the East Indian community. And this is one of their staple foods in summer and the prawn curry and everything else from the Pork Vindaloo, Mutton curry, Green Masala Chicken with the Sannas, the Bhakris, Fugias, and vadas have left me wanting for more.
