Easter cake
20g yeast
1 teaspoon sugar from a dose of 70g sugar
200ml of warm milk
Let the yeast rise for 10-20 minutes
400g semi-coarse flour + 50g + 100g semi-coarse flour - depending on the dough (it depends on how much rum you put on the raisins)
Pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
Lemon peel from 1 lemon
The rest of the sugar
1 vanilla sugar
100g melted butter
milk if you have fermented the whole
100g almonds
a handful of raisins soaked in 100ml of rum
Knead the dough and let it rise for 90 minutes
We make the leavened dough and make a bun
Let it rise again for 45-90 minutes
Brush with egg and rum
And we put care in a heated oven at 170 ° C - hot air
I've been in hell for 55 minutes - try skewers.
Each oven bakes differently, so you better watch out.
