As more rain is predicted for the Buffalo City Metro in the Eastern Cape, some flood victims say this municipality has forgotten about them.
Duncan Village residents say none of the authorities paid a visit to their area to assess their situation.
Most of these victims live in densely populated informal settlements.
Meanwhile, the Buffalo City Metro has issued a statement, calling for donations as more people are in need of assistance.
