@@WhiteGuysMadder nah like run with patience, don’t worry about winning. Obviously you wanna win but let the line get to you, don’t try to get to the line. Stay tall, emphasizing the height of your knees, and once you are one step from the line you lean your torso forward and swing the arms back for that final reach.

Sprinting everyday is wayyy too much Try doing 2 to 3x per week for multiple sets of about 85-90% And also 26s on the 200 isn't too bad you will progress when you find what works for you

how do you get a faster time in the 100m? tips for starting out of the blocks?
@jonathanstenger9179

A good block start is all about positioning, projection, and pushing mechanics. Focus on doing sleds, resisted sprints, accelerations, and LOTS of block practice to have an efficient start and drive phase

How do you do your stride like that? Do you run on your toes or flat footed? Which is better cause it seems like you rub flat footed in this one but yout have a good form with ur legs
@jonathanstenger9179
2 жыл бұрын
It may look like I am running flat footed, however I am not since running flat footed would require my heel to strike the ground (which causes excessive braking force). This would in turn not allow me to reach my top speed.
@cathenli4363

running on your toes is so much better than flat-footed. it makes your strides better and makes your legs move faster for sure
