2 cups of self-rising flour
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
in a large bowl, add flour and heavy whipping cream; stir with fork until sticky. Dust board lightly with flour; turn dough out on board. Knead gently about 10 times. Roll dough out with your hands or rolling pin. use a dough cutter or whatever works for you. Arrange in baking pan in 2 rows. Bake for about 13 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Yield: 12 or more biscuits
