Today I am going to share easy and quick half kg chicken white karahi recipe.
Ingridents :
Chicken : 500 Gram
Salt : Half Table Spoon or As Per your taste
Water : 3 cup mix 1 Table Spoon Ginger and garlic paste in it.
Cooking Oil : Quarter cup
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes on high flame
Then Add
Green Chilli : 2 to 3 medium size
Yogurt : half cup
ginger : Julienne Cutting
Cook for 3 to 5 minute on medium to high flame
Then Add
Black Pepper : 1 tea spoon Crushed
cumin Seeds : 1 Tea Spoon Crushed
White Pepper : half Tea Spoon
Cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes
then add
Cream 4 to 5 Tablespoon
Cook on low flame for 2 minutes then our karahi will be ready.
