water - 300ml.

Method of preparation
Grease the pan generously with melted butter.
We break the walnuts into large pieces. Mix them with sugar and cinnamon.
The first pie crust is spread with melted butter, sprinkled with walnuts and rolled on a rolling pin, the second crust is spread with butter and rolled on the rolling pin on the first crust. Gather the edges and remove from the rolling pin, place in the pan.
And so with the other crusts.
When all the crusts are arranged in the pan, spread with oil.
Bake in preheated 180 ° for 25 minutes.
We prepare syrup of 300 ml. water and 400g. sugar, which we boil for 15 minutes. Add the rind of 1 lemon to the syrup. Pour the cooled syrup over the baklava while it is still warm.
