Recipe:
150Litre Barrel Fermenter
25kg Cracked Corn
5Kgs Malted Barley
5Kgs Malted Wheat
58gms of Yellow Angel Yeast
Mill Cracked Corn so its almost corn flour
Dump all Corn into fermenter and add 70 Litres of almost Boiling/boiling water
Add Malted Barley and Malted Wheat
Add Water to 140Litres
Wait until temp gets to 35c and add Yellow Angel Yeast.
Stir everyday for 4 days.
Strip the wash, Then spirit run nice and slow making cuts.
Add together and add to American oak and age for 6-12 months!!
