This seems fairly elaborate for chashuka. My Tunisian friends made it with tomatoes, hot peppers, garlic, potatoes and olive oil. No Muslim would use sausage but the Tunisians would sometimes make merguez to eat with the chashuka.

@@Natashaskitchen well I made this and it was very good. I had to make a couple Minor adjustments because I didn't have things and add a little bit of spending from other night it was very good. But no I watched a lot of your videos and it seems a bit odd to me that everything you make turns out perfect not only about half the things I make turn out perfect. When you always have your taste test kitchen or your taste test you always do the same thing and say how good it is etc etc I think that's biased I think we need to have an independent test test kitchen and of course I am more than willing to volunteer. I'm thinking you could make a dish and possibly freeze it and send it to me then I will do an independent test for you. Being homebound it would be nice to have home cooked meals and this way we would have an unbiased test of your recipes. Better adoption is maybe you could adopt me or maybe you could use an additional husband or grandfather or something because everything you make doesn't look pretty good and you do have all this happiness and abundance of energy z. A smile and happiness I think can be contagious because I always feel better after watching one of your videos at least a part until we get to the testing anyhow I've been busy making a few other things I hope you. This dish is typically Tunisian!!! North African loves it especially in summer time because of the tomatoes 'freshness at that season.. You Did a great job Natasha with the egg yoke ,you 're super faithful to the recipe since the eggs should be half-cooked. The cheese touch at the end is genuinely your idea .. We should note that chakchouka in North Africa is imperatively spicy... especially in the cost side ,with the fresh red pepper 🌶️ that they cultivate and homemade in summer time
