I've just started doing a menu plan and it's made life so much easier! I'd struggled for years until once again I was looking at my food supply wondering what on earth to cook. Which was stupid as I typically buy the same meat.(ground beef, chicken breast and sausages) but I was never taught anything about cooking while I was growing up and I was used to jarred sauces and very basic meals. So I googled and googled recipes that typically used all the stuff I usually buy and I found a bunch! Since then Ive cooked: Chicken pot pie Hearty vegetable soup, Devilled sausages (without using a packet mix! ) Beef and vegetable soup. I've also made: Potato and leek soup Pumpkin soup Zucchini slice Porcupine meatballs And a bunch more. Thrilled with the outcome. Will look for more and more recipes as time goes by.

If you bake meatballs on a wire rack, they’ll get pretty crispy as well 👌🏼

Cook meat with basic seasoning, then uses sauces to change up the flavors day to day. Ie ground beef with salsa one day and the next with coconut aminos. Keeps it interesting!

I dont know if I missed it, how long do you bake the ham potatoes and pineapple for. Im deff trying that. I just need to know how many minutes.. Im a pro at burning dinner LOL

The potatoes looked fairly thin, so I would start with 20-25mins. It also depends on the ham you use, if it's fattier and needs more time my mom said she boils it before baking it
