►1 can Rotel tomatoes
►1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
►1 cup sour cream
►1 tsp salt
►1/4 cup pasta water
►1/4 cup cilantro
►1 cup shredded cheese
►1 tbsp minced garlic
Seasoning Spices:
►1 tsp oregano
►2 tsp chili powder
►2 tsp paprika
►1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
►2 tsp cumin
►1 tsp garlic salt
►1 tsp garlic powder
