Recipes:
✨Crockpot Pot Roast Recipe
• 3-4 lb chuck roast
• 4-5 medium potatoes, chopped
• 4-5 large carrots, peeled and chopped
• 1 onion, sliced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup beef broth (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions:
1. Prep the Veggies: Add the chopped potatoes, carrots, and onion to the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Season the Roast: Generously season the chuck roast on all sides with salt and pepper.
3. Place the Roast: Lay the seasoned roast on top of the veggies in the crockpot.
4. Cook Low & Slow: Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours, until the roast is tender and falling apart.
5. Serve & Enjoy: Once done, remove the roast and veggies, and serve up a comforting, hearty meal!
✨Olive Garden Chicken Alfredo Pasta:
• 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 bottle (16 oz) Olive Garden Italian Dressing
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 1 box (16 oz) Barilla Penne Pasta
• 1/2 tsp pepper (or to taste)
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
• 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prep the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot. Pour the Olive Garden Italian Dressing over the chicken. Add the minced garlic and pepper.
2. Cook the Chicken: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
3. Shred & Add Cheese: Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks. Add the cubed cream cheese and grated Parmesan. Stir everything together until melted and creamy.
4. Cook the Pasta: While the chicken is finishing up, cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
5. Combine: Add the cooked pasta into the crockpot with the chicken and stir until well combined.
6. Serve & Garnish: Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan on top and serve!
✨Crockpot Meatloaf Recipe:
• 2 lbs ground beef
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 large eggs
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions:
1. Prep the Veggies: In a large bowl, combine the chopped onion and bell pepper with the ground beef.
2. Mix the Meatloaf: Add the breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix everything together until well combined, but don’t overmix.
3. Form the Loaf: Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it into the crockpot.
4. Cook Low & Slow: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the meatloaf is cooked through (internal temp of 160°F).
5. Optional Glaze: You can top with a ketchup or BBQ glaze in the last 30 minutes if you’d like a classic touch.
