Today I made delicious and cute banana bread using ripe bananas!
I really like the soft, moist texture and subtle banana scent.
I also coated it with banana flavored chocolate, but it smelled much better and looked just like a banana.
It’s delicious just to eat banana bread without the chocolate coating! It tastes better when eaten with milk.
Personally, I found it tastier when I ate it the day after I made it because it was more moist and had a better banana flavor!
Please note that bananas are delicious only if you add ripe bananas.
This recipe is recommended because you can make the dough quickly without much difficulty if you have bananas!

🔥 Preheat at 375℉(190℃) for 15 minutes and bake at 356℉(180℃) for 14-15 minutes.
1 banana (70g)
1 egg (50g)
60g light brown sugar (about 60ml)
1g salt (1/4tsp)
2g vanilla extract (1/2tsp)
70g cake flour (110ml)
2g baking powder (1/2tsp)
50g unsalted butter (about 5.5x6.5x1.5cm in size)
130g of banana compound coated chocolate (180ml)

- It tastes better if you store it at room temperature and eat it the next day! Store in an airtight container at room temperature and consume within 3 days. To store it longer, keep it frozen.
