This recipe exceeded all expectations! It was super simple, fast, and SO good! The smoked sausage is really what made this meal shine. This is a great low-carb option for anyone on Keto, but it's delicious enough that anyone would love it. We will absolutely be making this again!
Ingredients:
Smoked Sausage
Zucchini
Onion
Peppers
Mushrooms
Olive Oil
Honey Hog Seasoning from Meat Church on a sheet pan and bake in
Cut up all items into bite-sized pieces, toss in olive oil and seasoning, spread onto a sheet pan, and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. It's that easy! You could totally top this with hot sauce, cheese, or anything else you wanted.
