Ingredients :
2 tbsp - Oil
½ tsp - Mustard
½ tsp - Saunf
1 tsp - Crushed Ginger
1 tbsp - Crushed Garlic
2 cup - Thinly Sliced Onion
25-30 - Curry Leaves
¼ tsp - Turmeric
1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp - Black Pepper Powder (As Needed)
1 tsp - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp - Coriander Powder
1 tsp - Garam Masala
2 cup - Chopped Tomatoes - 3
4 - Slit Green Chillies
1 tsp - Salt (As Needed)
6 - Boiled Eggs
2 tbsp - Chopped Coriander Leaves
Directions :
On a medium flame in a pan, add 2 tbsp oil
Add ½ tsp mustard
Add ½ tsp saunf
Add 1 tsp crushed ginger
Add 1 tbsp crushed garlic
Saute for few seconds
Add 2 cup thinly sliced onion
Add 25-30 curry leaves
Saute until golden
Add ¼ tsp turmeric
Add 1 tsp red chili powder
Add ½ tsp black pepper powder
Add 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
Add 1 tsp coriander powder
Add 1 tsp garam masala
Saute for few seconds
Add 2 cup chopped tomatoes
Add 4 slit green chillies
Add 1 tsp salt
Saute until the tomatoes become soft
Add 6 boiled eggs
Mix well
Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes
Mix well
Add 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Remove Egg Roast Masala in a plate
Egg Roast Masala is ready to serve
