There are some minor issues you must know. It will power off after 13.5mins after it's done or doesn't do anything. Unless! You use USB cable to keep results. But wait, there is more! If you connect it to the computer, it will take extra 150~250mA from the battery without including this extra load on the LCD or the computer software. So if you want a precise measurement, you'll have to simply use some other USB power, like a phone charger. This way it doesn't drain that extra power. To make it work with a computer, you need a good USB cable, otherwise it will just keep re-connecting over and over again. It worked for me on the 5th cable I tried. I personally use it to test real capacity of car batteries at C20. I heard some rumors about time and/or capacity limit, but SkyRC denied that and didn't reach them myself, yet. Looks like we'll see when the 100Ah will come to the test :)

Thanks for the video on this model. I found that there is a newer version on your webstore, the bd250. How exactly does the analyzer feature work on lipos? i can not seem to find any information on that part of this device. Anyway you could do a new full review video with the 250 in the near future and show that feature? Thanks again, keep up the great work!

What would you set the V/mAh too on a 2s lipo? Thank you.

Hi, do you know if this battery tester will handle high capacity batteries over 10000mAh? I can't find any specific info on this since the display only goes to 9999mAh. What happens when it goes above the value?

You set the value, it does not "go over" and the design limits govern the max settings

@@MrRfaass well I actually bought this charger and tested it myself. It goes into 2digit mode with 2 decimal point after 9999 mAh. So it becomes 10.00 Ah. However, it has a software limit on the amount it can count. After 65.53 Ah it wraps to 0 again. 65535 is actually the max value of two bytes a. K. A. Unsigned integer 0xFFFF. So I hope my answer to my question will help others with the same question. 😉
