I'm not gonna lie, your consistent upbeat attitude and supportive words of guidance is very much a big factor in why I like your videos so much. I enjoy the calm delivery of jokes that Binging With Babish brings and the manic excitement that Joshua Weissman exudes as much as the next person, but it's really nice to have my food guide radiate pure joy while teaching me how to make tasty food.

The idea of having a mini meltdown when someone eats some of your food is so relatable. Anytime someone wants to try something of mine and they say " just save me a bite at the end" I refuse because everyone knows the last bite is the best one! I don't make the rules 😋

I love your recipes (I've made many and nave never been disappointed), you're very personable and engaging but MOST important is that you don't nave an annoying intro😊. One tip I have is to add your eggs and flavorings to the bowl first and whisk. I find the flavorings stay more cohesive in the custard this way. Thanks for all the great meals!

Hi, I just wanted to point out the extremely welcoming and warm vibes you give out with your little to no reference to diets, weight, etc. I am recovering from an eating disorder and I LOVE your videos because they take baking and cooking as a calming activity, you are just making good things for yourself and that what it's supposed to be right? If we bake thinking about how much we are "allowed" to eat everything comes down to appearance, leaving out the joy of sharing (or not 😂) something delicious. All of this strem of consciousness 😁 just to say thank you for your quality content 😆💜 Truly hope you get to read this 💓
