Thank you! Just made them and they were great! I'm so happy you posted a video. Peeling that plantain was harder than I thought. Not likea bannana at all. Had I not watched this I would have assumed that It was not ready to eat.

Omg, I bought green plantains on the weekend to make them, but got lazy. I wanna do it before the plantain starts to ripen. I don't mind using "turned" plantains.

Usually I just throw em in the fridge to slow down that ripening
