This video shows how to make easy gluten-free focaccia bread. Focaccia is a flat Italian bread that has a crispy crust. This focaccia bread is vegan and gluten-free. I have used sorghum flour to make this bread and any other millet flour or gluten-free flour can be used in place of sorghum flour (jowar). The olive oil gives this bread a nice aroma and taste, make sure to use the best quality of olive oil. For the seasoning, I have used regular pizza seasoning that can be replaced with any aromatic seasoning like oregano, thyme, basil, etc.
Ingredients:
1 tsp honey
1 cup warm water
1 tsp active dry yeast/instant yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pizza seasoning
1.5 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 cup sorghum flour
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
