Full Recipe:
- 2 cups methi or fenugreek leaves
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup bajri or pearl millet flour
- 5 green chilies
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon of turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon of cumin-coriander powder
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of jaggery
- 1/8 cup sesame oil
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- water to bind
- 1/8 cup oil at the end
