Basically
** Freeze banana (peel, chop and freeze in chunks)
** Blitz in a food processor (use a little water or non dairy milk to loosen if needed)
** add whatever you like eg frozen berries, peanut butter, chocolate etc
You can freeze afterwards or eat straight away
