Don't apologize for making these type of vids over and over again Craig, they're great! And many are watching you for the first time on this, so it`s appreciated and lots of fun! I brewed the Coopers Dark Ale because of your vids on it, turned out fantastic! Cheers Craig!

Craig.... don't say sorry for doing the kit and kilo videos, just because we have seen you do it once does not mean we don't learn something new each time. Honestly I love the kit and kilo videos and just hearing you talk about it all. They are quality content and very valid no matter how many times you record them, each brew is different as you know so it very valuable to a lot of people. Thanks for all your hard work over the years Craig, I don't think you realise how many people you have inspired to join this hobby over the years. I really like that you do the simple videos like the turbo cider videos, that's how I got started thanks to you and without you I would not have a clue about homebrewing or how its something I could actually do myself. There is a lot of value in that Craig and you should be proud of your impact on the homebrewing community.

nice vid Craig. i did the coopers brewery tour in Adelaide S.A. ( i live here) and they were very particular about using the malt extract in their brewing and critical of other brewers who do not. Hey if you ever make it to South Australia i will be happy to take you on a Coopers tour.

Even watching the simple beers is fun. Like BGN I'm going to have to try one of those Cooper's kits. Thanks for the fun Craig Cheers Buddy !

I've only done hour-long boils so far, have you found much difference in taste between boiling the wort and this way? I'm curious because I've heard that long boils help, but I don't boil when making mead so interested if I can get away with it for beer.

Unfermented wort does tend to have a very unique taste :D I have my first partial mash beer going right now, should be quite interesting in a couple of weeks time.

This kit emulates a factory marketed beer known as "Speights Old Dark" which is an excellent chocolate bitter brew. The kit i make most of is Lion Real Ale that makes "Lion Brown" a very hoppy bitter brown beer. There is also a Lion red Kit (lager) and Lion Draught kit which makes Speights a mainline New Zealand beer.
