Easy Homemade Garlic Powder
Ingredients

* The sun's heat (Free :v)
* Silica Gel food grade and 3 plastic bottles of 200 ml volume (For packaging)

Please use the sunlight drying technique and then toasting it briefly.
Then color of the final garlic powder will be white and it’ll also has a very strong and fragrant aroma because it has gone through the toasting process.
But yeah, the downside is just its longer duration, because the time to dry under sunlight is around 3 to 7 days.
Meanwhile, if you prefer the shorter time …
Then please use the baking technique to dry the shredded garlic.
Just baking it for 2 hours is enough to get it well dried if you use an electric oven.
And 4 hours if you use a Stove-top oven.
The only minus is in its appearance, the garlic powder looks creamy, it’s not as white as the result of drying under the sunlight.
