3 room temp egg whites
2 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup almond flour ( can substitute for grain free)
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp psyllium husk
3 tbsp golden flax meal
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 cups very hot water
Parchment paper
Pan
350 degree oven
Bake 45 minutes
Cool completely about 15 minutes
