This easy recipe combines the goodness of flour with icing suger the richness of milk-soaked semolina, resulting in flavorful and nutritious snacks. Perfect for satisfying your cravings or impressing guests for every gathering. Follow along with my step-by-step tutorial to create these irresistible treats.
Flour 2 cups
Samolia 1/2 cup
Icing Suger 1 cup top full
Crushed Cardamom 2 table Spoon
Khas khas 2 tablespoon
Crushed Coconut Powder 2 tablespoon
Salt 2 pinch
Desi Ghee 2 tablespoon
Milk for kneading 1 cup
Till ( optional )
Soak Samolia Soji in 1/2 cup Room Temperature milk for 15 minutes & mix all ingredients together with a little bit of Milk for knead along with soaked samolia.
Maka a doe , don’t put this doe for rest. Divide this doe in 3-4 parts , make 1/2 inch rotis n cut round shape meethie tikyan.
Shallow fry them on low to medium heat until they turn into Golden Colour.
& You can double the amount of these ingredients if u want to make in bulk quantity.
