A super easy keto green smoothie that includes food-as-medicine super foods! This keto green smoothie is perfect for anyone that is busy and needs a quick and easy lunch or snack. Also great for parents that might have only 1 available hand and kids love it too. In this video we discuss:

This recipe is for 1 serving as a meal or can be split into 2 servings as a snack:
Destem 2-3 cups of lacinato kale
1 inch chopped ginger
1/2 tsp of matcha (omit for kids or if you don't want caffine)
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1/3 cup frozen mangos
1/3 cup of full fat coconut milk
8 oz filtered water
Blend it on high until it's liquified. Then add in non-denatured grass-fed whey, non-denatured grass-fed whey will retain the potent antioxidant glutathione, branch chain amino acids, and immunoglobulins. Whip in the whey for 3-5 seconds until just incorporated, if you go too long it will get foamy. Avoid whey protein isolates, they're not a whole food!
