Ingredient:
2 medium eggs
Pinch of salt
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract or vanilla paste
110 g (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
130g (1/2 cup) buttermilk or kefir or yogurt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
220g (1 and 3/4 cups) all purpose flour
1 peach
Flaked almonds (optional)
Grease 7 inch (18 cm) round pan
Put the cake into the preheated 350 F degrees (175 degrees C) oven. Bake the cake for at least 45 - 50 minutes.
