Bone in Skin on Chicken Thighs Recipe
This recipe is extremely easy and great for meal prepping or dinner as is and is do able for anyone, and comes out great every time.
Ingredients
Bone in skin on chicken thighs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Optional Chili powder
Instructions
Wash your chicken and then pat dry
Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder (chili powder optional)
Preheat oven to 425
Put your chicken on a baking tray or wire rack over a baking dish to catch the fat and bake for 45 minutes
Allow to cool slightly before eating.
This recipe works great for meal prepping. you can either eat the thighs as is or use the thighs for any precooked chicken recipe. I personally think thighs have a lot more flavor than breasts.
This recipe is extremely easy to be consistent on. Plus since a lot of the seasoning is on the skin, the meat can be used in any recipe calling for pre cooked chicken.
