Easy Microwavable Peda Recipe with Condensed Milk (Indian Milk Fudge) Using Saffron (Kesar)

Kesar Peda Recipe:
Ingredients:
4 oz or half cup of butter
2 cups of dry milk powder
14 oz condensed milk
4 teaspoons of Saffron infused milk
Pinch of cardamon powder
Pinch of nutmeg powder
Combine room temperature butter with milk powder, condensed milk and saffron infused milk. Microwave the mixture one minute at a time for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring after each minute.
Add cardamon and nutmeg. Let the mixture cool down for 15 minutes.
Roll the Pedas in small balls and flatten when the mixture is lukewarm and decorate using a threading spool.
Let the Pedas cool down for 30 minutes
Recipe for Saffron Infused Milk:
Mix 15-20 saffron strands and 2 tablespoons of milk. Put the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds.
