5. Leave a 3 hour gap between your dinner and the time you go to bed.
6. Do not drink water during the meal, as it will dilute the digestion juice in the stomach. Drink water 30 minutes before or after meals.
7. Eat like drink and drink like eat (chew well and drink slowly).
8. Eat with gratitude. The food we eat is also life.
