Ingredients
Half green pepper
Half red pepper
Half onion
Half tamatoe
2 chillies
2clove garlic
All of above to be chopped into tiny pieces
3 eggs
Seasonings
Salt pepper
Robertson veggie spice
Robertson cayenne pepper
Method
1. First beat eggs,add salt and pepper and little milk
2. Then stir fry veggies for about 3minutes,add veggie spice, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper .
4. Take out veggies,set aside, add eggs to pan with little oil or butter.
5.cook eggs on low heat,once eggs are set add veggies and grated cheese to one half of the omelette.
6.Cover one side of the omelette, simmer for few minutes.
7.Add extra veggie toppings and cheese.
8.Simmer for few minutes.
9. Gently slide onto a plate
