Quick dinner for the whole family!
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs - 8-9 pcs.
Potatoes - 9-10 pcs.
Mushrooms - 12.3 oz. (350g.)
Garlic - 2 heads
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Rosemary 3-4 sprigs
Olive oil or vegetable oil.
Preparation:
Cut the potatoes into large slices.
Place in a baking tray in which we will bake everything.
Add the mushrooms.
Add garlic pressed in the husk. So it will give its flavor and will not burn, will not be bitter.
Salt and pepper a little, because the salty juice will run off the chicken.
Add a little oil so that the vegetables do not stick.
Mix everything.
Salt and pepper the chicken thighs on both sides. You can use shanks or thighs whole.
Put them on top of the potatoes.
Arrange a few sprigs of rosemary on top.
Cover with foil and send it to an oven heated to 390°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
Then remove the foil and bake for another 30-40 minutes until golden crust.
Dinner for the whole family is ready!
