Easy meringue recipe
I've been doing it for a few years and still delights guests :D
Meringue ingredients:
whites from 5 eggs
350g of sugar
pinch of salt
Ingredients for the cream:
200g cream 30%
250 g mascarpone cheese
favorite fruit 300-350g
Preparation of the meringue:
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar until very thick. I put it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
I make a circle of about 25-27 cm. I put it in the oven heated to 180 C for 3 minutes, after this time I reduce the temperature to 120 C and dry for 90 minutes, after this time I turn off the oven but do not take out the meringue, it just cools down together with the oven.
Preparation of the cream:
Beat the cream and mascarpone cheese until stiff.
I put the meringue on a plate or on a cake tin. Cream and cheese cream I put on the meringue and decorate with fruit. I put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour :D
