I'm loving the design. My one critique is that it looks pretty top heavy with that drill press up top and not in the center of gravity. I would add some weight to the very bottom, and possibly set up a dust extraction system. Shop dust can be very bad for your health.

This seems a bit top heavy for a drill press, but I like the idea. I just covered the walls of my workshop in pegboard. I don’t have a ton of floor space. For my larger tools, I built a rolling workbench that can lock in place. The top opens and I’ve got a lot of my tools that don’t hang well spread out, and underneath I’ve got a heavy duty shelf where I can fit bigger tools like planer, jointer, router case, lathe, etc. Then I just pull out the tool I need and put it on top. I overbuilt the hell out of the thing so it’s really heavy. It rolls easily but when I lower it off the wheels using flip locks, I can’t even push it. I feel like I’m going to have to leave it with the house because it’s a monster and it would have to go up a hill through grass and the wheels aren’t made for that.

Try putting a piece of wood going at a angle on the inside of the frame from corner to corner, it should stop it from wobbling side to side. Love your channel and keep up the great work

Recycled baby carriages make great tool carts. They are extremely durable, have brakes and are easy to get once they are out grown. Hi. mate, even to make a support as I propose to you: In the form of a multi-storey rotating disk you had to make in the center of the support where to put the tools. so you can access the tools from the same position by rotating the disc. the disc must be built so the tools can be visible from any position. in this project you can also use a magnet to hold the tools in place disc or circle, my English is dangerous, be careful. :) sorry

I would extend the side with two more dollies attached to the side in the shape of a U to make it a lot more stable as it seems a little wonky. But it might get to big to move. Also a bit more weight on the bottom to make it less top-heavy, again to stabilize it even further. A hanging powersurce in the center of the shop with a rotating arm would stop you from tripping over the cable. This thing can be modded like hell, I like it!

Since you have onboard power, consider putting a strip or two of led below the upper surface pointing down. Will make working in the dark more pleasant as the cart and tools will all stay nicely lit. If you ever drop something having lights on the cart will likely make finding the bit easier.

FYI you may want to upgrade your extension cord to something that is 12/3 rather than 14/3. It might not seem like much of a difference but it's huge with regards to 12 or more amp motors such as that used in your drill press. Your Drill Press might be a smaller motor, less than 12 Amps, but still, a larger cord is always better anyways. I use to save a few bucks and always buy cheaper cords until all my stuff started to burn up. 14/3 cords are ok for drills provided they draw less than 12 Amps but anything drawing over 12 Amps will actually burn up because that 14/3 Cord just won't cut it and it will starve the motor of amps which is what will cause it to burn up. The worst part is your burn the Armature which is the pricer part of the motor to replace. I could not figure out why my Armatures kept burning up until the 3rd time when the guy that sold them asked what cord I was using. Needless to say since I've been using 12/3 Cords that Armature has not ever burned again, and it's been easily over 30 years now since last it was replaced. Oh, it was a Portable Table Saw that ran 12 Amps, and was purchased back in 1986. It is as strong today as it was back then. Again this is FYI do with the information as you will... Cheers...
