I really dig the opening on this video. Hardest part for me was losing my father 2 years ago, at the height of the pandemic, and not being able to say goodbye because the care facility he was being treated at for Alzheimers, refused to let me see him to say goodbye!! 😔 As a result I let my health take a nose dive and I'm ready to start again and all your recipes will help me so much. I can't thank you enough 🤩

He's back! I was just looking through your videos a couple days ago for something to make and couldn't believe it had been so long. I just made a triple batch of your pancakes from a few years ago, they're my favorite, I make triple batches all the time so I got a quick breakfast. Definitely like the quick tip idea. I never use regular peanut butter though, always powdered. I even put em in your pancake recipe I make. Can't wait for more great content! Keep up the grind, and God Bless.

I know this is a protein/macro focused channel, but a video on the benefits of using real natural sweeteners (raw honey/pure maple syrup instead of artificial/“sugar free” (ie Sucralose) sweeteners) in terms of overall health. Obviously honey and maple syrup have more calories, but your body handles them a lot better and they’re overall much healthier. That’s the one thing I’ve found macro/low cal channels typically miss the mark on. Love the content though man this channel is awesome!

I like the quick tip, but my food scale doesn't show negative amounts. Instead I weigh the whole container and then track the deficit as I go. Keep them coming!
