Easy Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Crispy Soppressata
Preheat the oven to 425.
Brussels, cut in half.
Drizzle EVOO, enough so they have a light coating.
Add your spices:
Black pepper, onion and garlic powder then Adobo.
Give it a mix, taste for salt and add if needed.
Place them in the oven for 15 mins then add the soppressata while you stir the sprouts.
Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until they are tender.
