120g unsalted butter
100g dark chocolate couverture 65%
65g granulated sugar
3 eggs, 150g, room temperature
5 drops vanilla oil
100g rum-soaked raisins
110g cake flour or all-purpose flour
20g ground almonds
3g cocoa powder, sugar-free
3g baking powder

100g dark chocolate couverture 65%
100g heavy cream
100g heavy cream for whisking
10g rum
5 drops of vanilla essence
I used raisins, soaked in rum for over a week, but you can use store-bought rum-soaked raisins.
You can omit vanilla oil and essence if desired.
Place in an oven preheated to 190°C, set the temperature to 170°C, and bake for 30 minutes.
